I am referring to the natal chart of a potential partner in this article. This is not about the synastry chart, which involves your natal chart as compared with that of another person. First of all, let me clear up a few things. One aspect does not, USUALLY, make for a whole cake, shall we say. In other words, in most cases, one aspect is not make or break. However, there are cases in which I think that it does. That is my opinion and my experience. When I list the aspects, I will tell you the ones I think are deal breakers and why. Most especially, you need to know why. You need to understand the meaning of each aspect so you can do your own research. Teaching you is my job. Your making your own decisions is the goal, not for you to parrot mine. *SIGH* With that caveat, let’s go on to the article.
Danger Aspects For Potential Partners
1. Mars in Pisces
This is a new one to my lists. There are many cases in which a Mars in Pisces person has a lot of motivation and goal orientation. However, this Mars is notorious for lighting up a reefer and chillaxin while the rest of the world punches a time clock.
2. Mars Square Pluto
This one is classic for many of my lists. That is because you should know about it. Mars Square Pluto is classic for repressed anger which can explode into violence. I have seen this aspect many times in a synastry in which things got violent. In the natal chart, this aspect can give the native a sexy, brooding “vibe”. However, watch your step because the charts never lie. Only people do.
3. Mars Square the Moon
Mars Square the Moon is a man who does not like women, down deep. He never admits it, least of all to himself, from what I have seen. However, it is a deep distrust of women that can make for a brooding kind of”vibe” that can be sexy. Think of Healthcliff in Wuthering Heights.
4. Nessus Conjunct the North Node
I get the most hate mail over my stand on Nessus. However, that does not make me change my stand, so don’t think YOU are the one to do it. Nessus is the asteroid of abuse. The North Node reveals the themes in the life of the native. I would not like a potential partner to have abuse as a life theme. Hence, this one aspect would be a “no -go” for any person for a serious relationship.
5. Nessus Conjunct the Sun
This would be a no-go aspect for a similar reason as above. The Sun connotes one’s ego. I would not want a person who is struggling not to abuse. Am I keeping it real? YEA
6. Moon conjunct Dejanira
I am not saying I would “throw away” a person with this aspect—not at all. I would be aware that this person suffered a lot of abuse, usually sexual, as well as emotional and possibly physical. I would understand that and know that this would be a factor in the relationship. Most people with this aspect are amazing people. I am putting it on the list, so you can understand the charts more.
7. Unaspected Mars
Mars is the only Unaspected planet that is not a gift. The others are. With Mars, the person seems to have a very explosive and hard to tame anger. I am close to someone with an Unaspected Sagittarius Mars. One is very fortunate to have a Mutable Mars in this case. The Mutable signs are Gemini, Pisces and Sagittarius.
8. Pluto in the 12th House
This is not a danger aspect. per se, in that the person will explode like Freddy Kreuger. Someone I love has this and she is the meekest and mildest person. However, this aspect can make the native stuff her primal emotions. They may manifest in other ways, such as illness. Primal passions don’t stay locked down very well.
9. Moon in the 12th House
This is not a danger aspect at all. It is more of the opposite. The native is, likely, a sensitive, sweet person. He may be afraid to show his heart, making emotional intimacy difficult( as if it is not difficult enough :/ )
10. Pluto in the 4th House
This is not a danger aspect, per se. It is more an aspect of a person who endured danger and violence as a child. He may be afraid of his anger or he may be too rash, as a result.
